If you experience persistent technical difficulties that our 24/7 technical support team cannot resolve within 7 days of activation, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your purchase price.

2. Prorated Refund Policy (Pay Only for What You Use)

3. Conditions & Exclusions

• ISP Throttling & Hardware Limitations: Insufficient local internet speed (below our recommended 15–25 Mbps requirement) or device incompatibility outside of our supported app list does not constitute provider service failure. • Terms of Service Violations: Accounts terminated for restreaming, unauthorized credentials sharing, or exceeding concurrent connection limits forfeit all refund rights.
